In my practice, I focus on assisting individuals in understanding their difficulties with self-compassion through the identification of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.  I assist individuals in learning new strategies to enhance their well-being and resiliency in meeting future challenges.  I try to assist individuals to achieve their goals through education and strategies based on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies. 

 

Individual and couple therapy is available.

 

Sessions can be in person, virtual, or by phone.  If you choose a virtual appointment, easy to follow instructions will be provided on the virtual platform that I use that simply requires you to click on the link to my virtual waiting room.
